Job Elements- A growing medical device business in the Cardiff area is looking to employ an experienced and hard-working person to join as an administrator to support the various departments within the business.
- This would ideally be on a full time, permanent basis, although the business is open to flexible arrangements around working hours to fit around other commitments.
- This is an office-based position, located in North Cardiff.
- As part of this you will be required to undertake all aspects of documentation control and general administration for the company.
- Supporting Operations, Quality and R&D by ensuring all administration duties relating to Operations, Quality, and R&D Projects are delivered in an accurate and timely manner, included but not limited to:
- Oversight of both hard and soft document control within the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Co-ordination of quality information and specifications.
- Raising of purchase orders.
- Liaison with logistics providers to assist with inbound/outbound delivery of materials and stock.
- Oversight of expenses processing
- Management of staff annual leave.
The ideal candidate will have:- The role will suit individuals with an experienced administrative background ideally within a regulated technical environment.
- You must be a strong communicator, a team player, and have a positive approach to all that you do.
- You must be proactive, flexible, and willing to take on additional tasks to assist the company from time to time, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
- Filing and organisation skills for document storage (both electronic and hardcopy).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Adobe DC – Professional.
- Experience of having worked in a technical environment or at the very least technical interest.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of a small business.
