Quality Assurance Analyst

Contract Type: Agency Temp to End Mar ‘26

Salary / Benefits: £24,000 per annum.

Role Overview
• Performing internal audits to determine compliance against EU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and any additional regulatory standards required for customer satisfaction
• Reviewing data for technical quality and compliance to protocols, methods and SOPs and assisting Head of Quality in ensuring effective Quality resourcing is established
• Reviewing and approving laboratory investigations, deviations, Quality Assurance (QA) facility and data audits
• Ensuring drafted internal documentation, including analytical methods and Standard Operating Procedures are reviewed in designated timeframes
• To update QMS trackers accordingly so tracking and trending can be performed prior to Quality Management Review meetings

Education, Experience & Relevant Skills
• Preferably a degree in a science, pharmacy or relevant discipline of grade 2.1 or above
• Experience in use of reviewing the output of a QMS aligned to regulatory requirements e.g. GMP, ICH, COSHH
• Proven team player with experience in providing guidance to colleagues or direct / indirect reports
• Expected to have relevant scientific/technical experience from an appropriate pharmaceutical environment / academic institution
• Ability to communicate and work with personnel of all levels, internally and externally
• Proven flexibility in adjusting to a rapidly evolving workload and remaining calm under pressure
