Job Elements
To act as the liaison between Logistics and Manufacturing by understanding and converting customer demand into manufacturing plans ensuring product delivery on time to production.
Receipt and analysis of customer orders and forecasts for existing products and new products;
Creation of a realistic and fluid manufacturing plan taking into account business constraints;
Extensive liaison with internal departments ensuring clear communication and effective execution of the role;
Update manufacturing planning board;
Participate in daily production meetings;
Liaise with Quality department to ensure all raw materials are available to use.
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent;
Experience of working in an FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment;
Extensive experience of working with MRP;
Understanding of manufacturing process and associated lead times;
High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular MS Excel;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in English.
