To support the technical requirement for processing IT hardware in line with customer demand.
Carry out basic testing of IT hardware
Internal and external clean of multiple models of equipment
Support when required the warehouse team with technical experience
Final physical quality check of repaired unit before passing to good stock
Accurate logging of work completed and unit movements on the company’s system
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of repairing PC and peripheral hardware
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
Basic PC Technical Skills – both hardware and software
Strong communication skills
Interpersonal skills to work with other departments and team members
Organised and able to prioritise work
Competent computer user to be able to enter work in a database, use basic spreadsheets and communicate via email
