Identification and championing of opportunities for continuous improvements of infrastructure and /or equipment and processes
Project management of process changes, equipment introduction and modification.
Delivery of an effective and integrated ‘process’ change.
Maintaining total compliance with all company quality procedures and expectations
Working in conjunction with the Process function quality management system
Effective planning and change preparation using appropriate tools
Vendor selection, development, and contract management
Review, evaluation, leverage and adapting new technologies for the benefit of the business
Developing solutions to complex problems requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified to degree level with 5 years’ experience in Pharma, diagnostics or medical device manufacturing
Familiarisation with drawing applications such as Solidworks would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for communication and reporting.
Working knowledge of project schedule software (e.g. MS Project).
Experienced in the use of structured problem solving methodologies
