Our client is a well established manufacturing company based in South Wales that employs in the region of 500 staff.
We have a very rare and exciting opportunity to bring onboard a highly motivated HR Professional to join the HR team for a 12 month contract period.
You will be supported by an experienced team that will assist and support you wherever needed.
You will be the advisor to line management within a high volume, face paced manufacturing site, where production teams work rotational shift patterns including weekends.
The role requires a seasoned HR professional that has a full scope of experience, knowledge and skills.
We are seeking a candidate that can confidently provide advice and guidance to Managers and Employees in relation to legislation, case law and/or company HR policies and procedures.
You will be required to support our people plan objectives which will involve some large-scale recruitment campaigns around a wide range of disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have:
You will be a highly knowledgeable individual who is a great people person and one that can build repour and establish great working relationships right from the start.
You will be able to adapt your personality to support different levels of employees from shop floor to senior management.
We require you to have at least 5 years of experience working as a HR advisor, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
You will have experience of working with service providers such as occupational health and employee benefit providers to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and the employee.
You will be a confident communicator who doesn’t get phased by speaking up and presenting to large groups.
