Job Elements
Working mornings (6am-2pm) and afternoons (2pm-10pm) Monday to Friday.
The main duty and responsibility of the role is to perform caustic cleaning of equipment for use throughout a factory.
The role is based in a dedicated wet room style area, where full PPE (Full body waterproofs, wellies and face visor) is worn at all times due to the use of caustic solution.
This caustic solution is applied to the surfaces of the formulation and dispensing equipment (formulation vessels, pumps etc) which cleans and sterilises as required, then rinsed with purified water.
There are some automated machines which need operating for specific equipment types.
The ideal candidate will have:
The role itself is quite labour intensive due to the nature of the equipment which is manually handled so a reasonable level of fitness is preferred.
2-3 years relevant experience.
Basic Maths and English essential.
Production Line experience highly desirable.
Ability and willingness to follow procedures
