Responsible for the generation and maintenance of Sales data within the SAP system (Customer, Part, Pricing)
Create and Maintain Customer Master Data
Create and maintain Scheduling agreements
Create and maintain purchase orders for both OE and Spare parts
Create and Maintain various modules for contracts
Generate Sales & Distribution Reports
Ensure all SAP information is updated, correct and available.
Support Engineering Programs teams with all NPI activities. The goal is to ensure all customer requirements are entered into SAP to give a smooth project launch and transition from prototype phase through pre-production, to final mass production.
Responsible for the completion of country of origin reports for customers
Maintain and monitor annual price changes and run retro reports as necessary. Help resolve any pricing queries.

Be organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment adhering to strict deadlines.
Be methodical and able to demonstrate a hands-on approach to technical aspects.
Have good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the company and customers.
Be PC literate with experience of MS Office applications and SAP.
