Job Elements: -
Lead Engineering activities which are related to the transfer of product from one production site to other plants globally.
Reviewing existing Engineering Drawings with other departments.
Decide if engineering changes are required on products being transferred and implement these using the PLM system.
Agree drawing content changes with Designer, Manufacturing and Quality Team.
Support in locating engineering documentation such as FMEA’s, Special Characteristic lists and updating them or creating new versions where required.
Participate in ISIR reviews.
Clarify any test requirements for products being transferred.
Co-ordinate with lab any testing that is required.
What the company are seeking in the successful candidate: -
Degree in Engineering or a comparable education.
Experience ideally in automotive manufacturing is desired.
PLM experience is beneficial.
CATIA V5 experience is beneficial.
Business English language skills are necessary.
