Job Elements
·Analyse and reduce the raw material inventory holding. Working closely with supply chain partners, customers and internal departments to eliminate excess stock and minimising inventory holding. Whilst allowing the flexibility required to meet customer / planning needs.
·Analyse and report the raw inventory holding and pipeline by customer, commodity, buyer and by stock turn, moving, non-moving & obsolete.
·Work closely with supply chain partners and customer to eliminate excess stock and minimising inventory holding.
·Monitor both quoted and potential excess levels to ensure they have been captured correctly and are regularly reported / recovered in line with SLA’s.
·Create a disposition policy for redundant materials to generate and maximise the revenue stream.
·ECN & PCN management (obsolescence).
The ideal candidate will have:
·Minimum of five years’ experience operating within a senior supply chain role in the field of electronics.
·Proven knowledge of MRP based systems and logistics solutions.
·Report writing skills in conjunction with advanced Excel capability for analysing data and presenting competently.
