Job Elements

Our client are seeking a fixed term contract engineer to review the maintenance on building & utilities. The scope of the work is:

• 
  Analyse the utilities on site (including compressors, effluent plant, boilers, switch rooms, fans & extracts, chillers, storage tanks, LPG tank farm, purified water plants,…) and define the maintenance plans & checks required to optimise the lifetime of equipment and reduce breakdowns. Existing practices to be reviewed accordingly


• 
  Analyse the building (including roof, walls, roads, …) and define the maintenance plans & checks required to keep the building in good state


• 
  Create the maintenance work orders in our maintenance system and put in place the KPI’s to monitor the good execution of the maintenance tasks
