Salary: Earnings circa £32,000
Job Elements
24/7 pattern; 12-hour shifts – alternating between 6AM to 6PM and 6PM and 6AM, weekdays & weekends. Working 7 days per fortnight.
Perform QC testing on medical devices.
Majority of testing is manual using pipettes/ centrifuges etc. and human blood samples.
Operate automated testing equipment.
Perform routine calibrations and maintenance activities on equipment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Scientific degree or 3 years of laboratory experience
Experience within a highly regulated environment
Willingness and ability to work 12 hours shifts
