Job Elements
Internal customer service – 95% telephone/online based, 5% face to face.
First receiver for all incoming calls to the business building close relationships with all partners
Actively open up and record any opportunities from customers for the territory
Process orders, sample, stock requests
Provide technical advice to customer enquiries
Resolve any product issues or advise of changes to orders
Pro-actively engage with visitors to the website on Live Chat messages
Investigate and process customer complaints and returns requests proactively
Activate Warranty requests
Improve the quality of data in the CRM by updating contacts and data on SalesForce
Continuously improve product/job knowledge/sales skills through learning opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience within a similar role
IT literate.
Able and willing to provide excellent telephone based Customer Service
Display professionalism at all times and behave in an open, honest and professional manner at all times in line with the ethos of the company.
Demonstrate vision, energy, persistence and a passion to meet set targets.
Willingness to contribute whatever time and effort is needed, to achieve the agreed goals.
