Salary:

between £21,000 - £24,000

Job Elements

• 
          Liaise with Warehouse operators to confirm delivery scheduling.


• 
          Order transfer from emails received to the stock/order management control platform.


• 
          Order process completed via telephone.


• 
          Invoice management and payment monitoring.


• 
          Liaise with shipping agents to arrange movements of containers and completing customs paperwork (training will be provided)


• 
          Liaise with Haulage partners monitoring planned deliveries to site to gain an accurate picture of forecasted deliveries to site.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
          Previous experience in a similar logistics role in a manufacturing environment.


• 
          IT – experience with Microsoft Office applications


• 
          Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).


• 
          Professional work ethic.


• 
          Focused with the drive for results.


• 
          Ability to work as part of a team and work autonomously.
