Salary: £25,000
Job Elements
·Daily work can be lab based (100% at times); switching to report writing/ sharing data in presentation format (100% at times); and often a mix of both
·Safely and appropriately handling chemicals and biologicals in the laboratory
·Conducting scientific work as per assigned work requests
·Conducting lab experiments using any of HPLC, DLS, ELISA based technology,
·Writing up experimental work according to GDP practises in a timely manner and according to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
·BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other scientific field.
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools for communication and reporting
·Experience in the use of Microsoft project and/ or the use of gantt charts and risk management tools
·Experience of Minitab or other statistical analysis applications
