To support the administration of the department to ensure that accurate processes are carried out and recorded in a timely manner and to ensure good communication with internal and external customers and suppliers
To assist when required the day-to-day activity of the department E-commerce store
To support the inventory manager in producing work schedules for ongoing workflow
To support the inventory manager in investigating stock errors and report back the findings
To assist with maintaining department records in accordance with company policy and procedures
To deal with telephone and email enquiries
Maintain department stock databases ensuring sufficient information is available for correct identification
Monitor customer stock needs ensuring sufficient stock is available to fulfil requests
To communicate with customers to prevent stock outages for scheduled works
The ideal candidate will have:
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate internally and externally with customers and suppliers
High standard of computer literacy including Microsoft packages EG. Excel and Word
Business Administration qualification or qualified by experience
Experience of working within an office environment
Experience of working within a database application
Experience navigating internet via search engines
Experience with E-commerce websites (i.e. Ebay, Amazon)
