To generate new business leads relating to core services, improve brand awareness and reputation
To identify and proactively target end user customers that may require the company’s core services.
To contact potential customers via, telephone, email, and social media channels.
Arrange appointments for the BDMs with target customers.
Conduct regular sales campaigns.
Meet with set lead generation targets.
Identify and attend targeted industry events.
Assist with social media planning, strategy, and execution.
Use internal CRM, in order to capture lead generation progress.
Build and manage customer key information and ensure CRM data and marketing activities follow data protection regulations.
Ensure any incoming leads are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner.
Work with the marketing executive to create relevant sales collateral.
Attend any business development events as requested by the head of sales or the MD to represent the business in its marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a lead generation role, preferably B2B technology
Excellent telephone manner
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, capable of presenting to leadership
Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple projects
Experience working with MSoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Someone who can work independently but also very much a team player and understands a team ethos.
Experience in managing sales campaigns through various channels such as email, specific sales/marketing platforms and social media.
