Job Elements- Serves as a direct customer contact for order processing and acts as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries and field sales force for fulfilling customer requirements.
- Processes customer orders in a timely and accurate manner including clarification and computerized order entry.
- Reviews and validates quoted delivery with appropriate Production personnel prior to order entry. Prepares written response to customer if delivery situation has changed.
- Implements all change orders, order cancellations and maintains existing sales orders. Assists Business Managers in approving changes to orders. Acknowledges processing of order changes to customer.
- Supplies information to customers concerning pricing, delivery, technical inquiries, shipment details, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:- Experience in Inside Sales / Customer Service within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills.
- Detail oriented, able to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Keen, Enthusiastic and ability to work within a high paced team
