Contract Type: Permanent
Job Elements- Accurate and timely processing of general ledger and journal entries including but not limited to Direct Debits, payments, receipts and account transfers.
- Assisting in investigation and reconciliation of company ledgers against bank ledgers.
- Aiding in cash management processes including cashflow forecasts, reconciliations and period end close.
- Daily use of SAP.
- Checking and confirming all Treasury transactions in a timely manner.
- Generating BACS and international payments when required.
- Reconciliation of the company credit cards.
- Invoicing of accounts receivable.
- Resolution of invoice queries including managing automated self-billing vendors.
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliation.
- Leasing control.
- Quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have:- Preferably degree educated with 2 A levels minimum.
- Experience of working in an Accounts environment for a minimum of 2 years.
- SAP experience desirable.
- Excel and systems competency essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good team player with good written and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and work closely with suppliers and colleagues both locally and globally.
