Job Elements
Serves as a direct customer contact for order processing and acts as the primary liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries and field sales force for fulfilling customer requirements.
Processes customer orders in a timely and accurate manner including clarification and computerized order entry.
Reviews and validates quoted delivery with appropriate Production personnel prior to order entry. Prepares written response to customer if delivery situation has changed.
Implements all change orders, order cancellations and maintains existing sales orders. Assists Business Managers in approving changes to orders. Acknowledges processing of order changes to customer.
Supplies information to customers concerning pricing, delivery, technical inquiries, shipment details, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Inside Sales / Customer Service within a manufacturing environment
Excellent PC skills
Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills.
Detail oriented, able to maintain accuracy under pressure
Keen, Enthusiastic and ability to work within a high paced team
