Job Elements
To work closely with the customer and various internal departments both local & global to define and administer the customers requirements
Product definition and interpretation of customer requirements.
Processing customer enquiries through existing CRM software including preparation of cost calculations.
Creation, submission and follow up of customer quotations.
Creation and maintenance of customer master data in CRM and SAP software.
Processing of customer demand in SAP
Provide customer support after receipt of order
Creation of material master and Bill of Material data in SAP
Digital document archiving
The ideal candidate will have:
5 GCSE’s grade C and above including Maths and English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and customers
Ability to use software such as SAP and Microsoft Suite
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial working for a company in a manufacturing engineering field
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks and prioritise accordingly
Full UK driving license and the ability to travel for occasional customer visits and ongoing training requirements
