Job Elements:
Processing customer orders ensuring correct prices are quoted and the right products are delivered to the stated destination per the delivery request.
Develop a close relationship with all customers, suppliers and operational companies encouraging them to continue a long-term partnership, add value to the business, through appropriate reporting and administration.
Facilitating and coordinating shipments into Ireland, to include ensuring import and export customs clearance is completed according to regulatory guidelines into the EU.
Supporting internal systems, acting as the key user in the department for SAP, assisting with system upgrades. Advocating process improvement, change initiatives and standard operating procedure implementation.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
3 + years’ experience in a similar role ideally within a company in the same business sector
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, responding to changing priorities
Detailed knowledge of SAP
Experience with export/import and customs administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
