Salary is £24,205 plus shift allowance
Job Elements
Shift based role working mornings (6-2) and afternoons (2-10). Overall earnings inc shift will be circa £28,380.
Sampling of packaging materials and components.
Testing of packaging materials and components against approved specifications, using test equipment and techniques as specified
Maintain accurate records of work, carry out and follow written procedures.
Reporting of results to facilitate material disposition
To carry out tasks as required to suit business needs and department needs and as appropriate to the job role
The ideal candidate will have:
Ideally qualified to GCSE level in mathematics and/or science.
Must be competent in basic mathematical manipulations and have an understanding of science.
It is essential that the job holder is diligent in their work, with an eye for detail.
Capable of understanding and working to regulated work processes.
