·Ownership of technical projects which aim to improve products to better serve customer and operational needs.

·Responsibilities include creating project teams and chairing project meetings, creating or modifying device documents and working closely with project stakeholders to allow project timelines to progress against plan

·Providing status updates to all levels of management

·The position will be to serve as overall project manager for various projects which are taking place across the manufacturing site. As project manager you are responsible for the cost, quality and delivery of the project. This includes identifying risks on the project (both technical and non-technical); tracking spend and delivery of activities throughout the entire project lifecycle which spans early stage feasibility testing through to final implementation.

The ideal candidate will have:

·BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other scientific field.

·Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools for communication and reporting

·Experience in the use of Microsoft project and/ or the use of gantt charts and risk management tools

·Experience of Minitab or other statistical analysis applications

·Six Sigma Process Excellence certification to Green Belt level

·Familiarity with GxP, validation processes, risk assessment application (e.g. FMEA)

·Experienced in leading technical projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
